When working on the project of the restaurant, it was important to preserve the authenticity of the place and the aura of the space, where previously there were monastery cellars. The magnificent location of this restaurant, its rich history, inspired us to create precise but balanced solutions for modernizing this space. Reconstruction of the floors, furniture, lighting organization, kitchen modernization, heating communications, and the organization of a summer terrace were carried out. All parties involved were satisfied with the project.
