The exterior design of the house was driven by the need to modernize the existing architectural project, which did not satisfy the client. Window openings were enlarged, a color scheme and decorative facade finishes were selected, balcony railings were chosen, the roof was changed, and a pergola was created for a comfortable relaxation area on the first floor near the kitchen exit.
